Prices are sliding scale for TCTSY (yoga for trauma treatment)

Group Sessions are offered in 4, 5 or 6 week one hour sessions. Prices for sessions will be posted with sessions on the events page.

Individual Session

60 minutes $100

Some flex spending accounts will cover TCTSY. Contact your company to find out if you qualify. 

All sessions with ROOTS trauma sensitive yoga LLC must be paid in full by the start of first class. Payment plans may be arranged with ROOTS prior to the session. 

*There are no refunds once the sessions begins.

*You will be refunded 100% if your cancellation is 7 before  days prior to start date. 

*If there is a cancellation within one week of the start date you will be refunded all but $25 for holding the space. 

*There is a $3 processing fee for online payments that are reflected in the price. ROOTS also accepts cash and checks. You are welcome to send checks to:
